Metacade and SuperVerse Partner for Base’s Biggest Ever Gaming Prize Pool

Metacade, the fastest growing GameFi platform on Base, has partnered with SuperVerse, the largest onchain gaming community, to elevate the gaming experience in Gangs of Metacadia (GoM). The collaboration introduces a $10,000 prize pool, one of the largest in Base blockchain history, to the flagship title.

Through SuperVerse’s sponsorship, a $5,000 SUPER vault will complement Metacade’s existing and ever-growing prize pool. This partnership marks a significant milestone in bringing more than 800,000 SuperVerse community members to explore Gangs of Metacadia.

Russell Bennett, CEO of Metacade, said: “SuperVerse is dedicated to elevating the standards of onchain gaming, and we’re thrilled that Gangs of Metacadia can now offer players a truly world-class prize pool. In today’s market, this partnership introduces one of the most significant rewards ever seen on Base, underscoring our commitment to creating unparalleled gaming experiences. Partnering with SuperVerse just days after the launch of GoM is a testament to their position as the authority on premium onchain GameFi projects. We’re confident this collaboration will not only draw more players onchain but also ignite fierce competition within the game.”

Gangs of Metacadia offers a dynamic blend of strategy and psychological warfare, where players join one of five rival gangs to vie for dominance. With mechanics centered around treasury management, strategic heists, and influence-building, the game challenges players to balance risk and reward. The prize pool will add an extra layer of intensity to the high-stakes gameplay.

$SUPER Token Integration

The partnership also integrates $SUPER as a key currency for Metacade’s Level Up suite and other services, further deepening the collaboration between the two platforms.
